Standard national rate Italian islands and disadvantaged areas 16.90 Eur. – Delivery expected in 48 / 72h.
Shipping is free for all orders, with a minimum of 6 bottles, to Italy (islands excluded).
Shipping times and costs will be displayed at checkout.
All orders received will be shipped within the next 3 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays).
All deliveries are made by express courier.

The customer can track the delivery status on the courier’s website by typing the tracking number provided.
Vigne del Pellagroso will send the customers the tracking details once the order has been shipped. If you think your package is delayed, please check the tracking details.
Delivery
Vigne del Pellagroso uses extremely safe packaging approved by the couriers to guarantee the absolute integrity of the products. In any case, upon receipt of the products, the user must check that they conform to what was ordered and that the packaging is intact and undamaged and that there is no leakage of liquid. In the event of errors or damage to the packaging, the user shall have the right not to collect the products by informing the courier of the reasons and communicating with coultura by email to info@vignedelpellagroso.it explaining the problem and communicating the order number.
Once the delivery document has been signed, the user may no longer make any objection regarding the characteristics of the delivered goods. We therefore recommend the utmost care when inspecting the package upon delivery.
Returns refunds
Purchases made on the vignedelpellagroso.it website are subject to the regulations governing the right of withdrawal pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 and Legislative Decree 21/2014. Lgs 21/2014. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must contact Vigne del Pellagroso by email at info@vignedelpellagroso.it within 14 days of receipt of the products, communicating his/her intention to exercise this right and indicating the order number (which can be viewed in the order confirmation email), the invoice number, the products for which the withdrawal is requested and the bank details necessary to obtain the refund. Once confirmation has been received from Vigne del Pellagroso authorising the return of the products, the user will have 14 days to carry out, at their own expense, the shipment to :
